GoalCrew Terms of Use

Using GoalCrew
GoalCrew provides learning plans, missions, class crews, proof submissions, feedback, progress records, CrewMarks, community features and related tools. You agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm other users or the platform.
Accounts
Keep your login secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. School-managed use may also be subject to rules set by the participating school or organization.
Young users
Where consent from a parent, guardian, school or other authorized adult is required by applicable law, the responsible adult or organization must ensure that consent is obtained before the learner uses GoalCrew.
User content and proof
You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give GoalCrew permission to host, process and display that content as needed to provide the features you choose, including class review and community sharing. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
CrewMarks and achievements
CrewMarks, badges and progress indicators are product records of activity and achievement. They are not money, financial assets, academic credits or guaranteed employment credentials unless GoalCrew expressly states otherwise for a specific program.
Payments
Paid plans, when purchased, provide access to the features described at checkout. Pricing and included features may change for future purchases. Any refund or cancellation terms shown at checkout apply to that purchase.
Safety and moderation
We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance or protection of the GoalCrew community.
Service changes
GoalCrew is an evolving product. Features can be added, changed or retired. We aim to preserve user progress where practical, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
