Request deletion of your GoalCrew account
You can request deletion whether you are using GoalCrew on the web, Android or iOS. You do not need to be signed in to use this page.
How to request deletion
- 1. Use the button below to email the GoalCrew support team.
- 2. Include the email address associated with the GoalCrew account you want deleted.
- 3. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request.

What happens to your data
After we verify a valid deletion request, GoalCrew will delete or de-identify the account and associated personal data that is no longer needed to provide the service. This can include profile information, learning setup, progress, submissions, saved items and community activity associated with the account.
Limited records may be retained when required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or school/organization obligations. Where retention is necessary, we limit the retained information and do not use it to keep the deleted account active.
