What GoalCrew stores
GoalCrew may store account information, profile details, learning setup, class or crew membership, tasks, progress, submissions, feedback, community activity and media you choose to upload. Authentication and product data are handled through Firebase services used by GoalCrew.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide your account, learning plans, class participation, proof review, progress, CrewMarks, safety and moderation features, and to operate and improve GoalCrew.
School and young users
GoalCrew is being built for school use, so schools, teachers, parents or guardians may have responsibilities for account setup and consent depending on the learner's age and location. Schools should not upload unnecessary sensitive information about students.
Who can see information
Visibility depends on the feature. Private account data is intended for the account holder; class or crew activity can be visible to relevant members and leaders; community content can be visible to signed-in members according to product settings. GoalCrew does not require users to make learning proof public.
Your choices
You can update account information, remove content where product controls allow it, or request account deletion. A deletion request can be started from My Account or from our public Delete Account page. After a valid request is verified, we delete or de-identify associated personal data that is no longer needed, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or school/organization retention obligations.
Security
We use authentication, access controls and cloud security rules to protect product data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your password and report suspected account misuse.
